ATTENTION TEXAS PATRIOTS:
The Texas Attorney General has issued a ruling in favor of Election Integrity on this day, August 17th, 2022!
The Attorney General of the Great State of Texas has accurately pointed out that the adherence to the 22-month preservation period grants both the safety of the records and allows the Public access to the records via Texas Election Code 66.058.
Here is the ruling: https://texasattorneygeneral.gov/sites/default/files/opinion-files/opinion/2022/kp-0411.pdf
Attached is a document I created months ago trying to get people to understand that the 22-Month preservation period exists to allow authorized access to election records before destruction occurs. I tried for months in vain to assure fellow Tarrant County Election Integrity groups that we CAN get to the records before the 22-Month preservation period is up, and we MUST!!
I was brushed aside, mocked, slandered and excluded because the RINOs in charge of the local GOP held the trust of more of the local Conservatives than trained and educated Poll Watchers with experience and a thorough understanding of the Election Code, how to navigate it and discern the intent of the legislature.
Today my work is justified by the Attorney General of the Great State of Texas, Ken Paxton, who must be re-elected AT ALL COSTS.
Please see my attachment outlining the correct path to getting the ballots. While other so-called Election Integrity groups were stomping their feet and demanding the records from those who are not authorized to provide them, I was reading the election code and attempting to share the TRUE path to obtaining the records. I will continue in this pursuit.
Thank you for your unending support! Please come to our event on October 1st with Captain Seth Keshel, Jameson Ellis and Weston Martinez!

A Concise, 17pt Review
You should not be charged more than $50/ Request per Texas Election Code 1.012(e). Include this in your requests.
"One investigation, concerning the testing of the election machines, has been escalated beyond my initial concerns. One specific request I made has turned into a legal battle between Tarrant County and the Texas Attorney General.
I simply requested to view the testing tapes printed from the BMDs (Ballot Marking Devices) and Controllers and Scanners (a Hart InterCivic product line). The testing of the machines was pubic, several of us attended and we were able to view and even handle the tapes that day without a second glance from staff.
I did not expect to find resistance for these particular election records, which are covered in the 22-month preservation period, but so is every election record which we have been given previously. I simply requested to view them again to confirm certain data I had recorded in my notes on the day of testing, and on behalf of certain candidates on the ballot. We have subsequently witnessed Tarrant County ask AG Paxton to allow them to deny my request, which he did not - he ordered them to produce the tapes - and then sue him, arguing against Texas Election Code 1.012, and bend itself backwards to prevent me from ever laying eyes on those tapes again."
